双碟，基本该有的都有了，但缺少了其他三个版本中的DTS-ES音轨。正片含押井守和动画监督的评论音轨，花絮碟则有15分钟的MAKING OF，40分钟的访谈和预告片等。

2. 狗盒限量版 Innocence Limited Edition Volume 1: Dog Box - 6,500Y 
限量15000套，内容除了音轨外和标准版完全相同。狗盒由押井守亲自监督打造，重达890克。

3. Innocence Limited Edition Volume 2: Staff Box - 6,500Y 
限量15000套，内容和狗盒装完全相同。附送了三本书：漫画版本，初始剧本和最终剧本。

 Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence Japanese DVD in September 
Buena Vista Japan have announced the Region 2 Japanese DVD release of Innocence, better known as Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence, for 15th September 2004 in no less than 3 separate editions ranging between 3,800Y (approx ￡20) and 6,500Y (approx ￡32), and then a fourth extra special collector’s edition is set to arrive on 15th October 2004 at an incredible 49,800Y (approx ￡252). Director Mamoru Oshii's highly anticipated sequel to his 1995 original will be making it's way to American audiences courtesy of Dreamworks Pictures later this year, and now following its Japanese theatrical run Innocence is coming to Japanese DVD in four separate editions, each of which is detailed below but please note from this early point - There are NO English subtitles on any of these editions - making the limited sets (which are unlikely to see the light of day elsewhere) strictly for the hardcore and inquisitive alike.

Innocence (Standard Version) - 3,800Y - This two-disc set forms the basic spec for the range of releases on offer, but lacks the DTS-ES mix found on the more expensive editions. Presented in anamorphic widescreen with Japanese Dolby Digital Stereo and 5.1 EX Surround mixes, you will also find optional Japanese subtitles and audio commentary by animation director Toshihiko Nishikubo and director Mamoru Oshii. On the bonus disc you will find a collection of theatrical previews, making-of-featurette (15mins), and a conversation between Mamoru Oshii and Toshio Suzuki (40mins). 

Innocence Limited Edition Volume 1: Dog Box - 6,500Y - Disc specifications are almost identical to the Standard Version, with the only difference being the audio options. For this set the stereo mix is dropped and instead we get a choice of Dolby Digital 5.1 EX and the always highly sought after DTS-ES Surround option. 

Limited to 15,000 pieces, the bonus here (as pictured below) is a music box with the figure skating Bassett Hound from the film perched atop. Manufactured with director Mamoru Oshii's supervision, the box weighs 890g and is made by Sankyo.

Innocence Limited Edition Volume 2: Staff Box - 6,500Y - Once again you will find the DTS version of the main feature disc along with the standard bonus disc. Limited to 15,000 pieces, the additional bonus here is a trio of books: continuity with drawings, a scenario, and a post recording script.

Arriving a month later on 15th October 2004 is... 

Innocence Collector's Edition - 49,800Y - This five-disc set comprises the DTS feature disc, standard bonus disc, and a further three discs that contain a four hour production documentary exploring everything from editing, sound, the promotional campaign, poster artwork and the Cannes screening. 

Additional extras include a 40cm resin statue of a 'doll', supervised by Takayuki Taketani using Oshii's original specifications for the feature animation of the same character. The statue's hair is made of polyester, while the removable undergarment and kimono are made of silk, and the short-sleeved shirt of polyester. We understand there is also a joint suggesting the statue is posable to a limited degree, while an eyeball can also be removed. 

Two books are also included, the Oshii Layout Collection will weigh in at around 240 pages and include a huge amount of original artwork along with descriptions of screen composition, animation CG technology and more. A reduced 200 page version will later be released separately, making this version exclusive to this set. Lastly, the Innocence Official Art Book features production designer Yohei Taneda and the Production IG team taking you through the films production (please note there is a planned separate English language version of this book in the works for release in America).
